At Saddle Pixi, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help—within reason and within the time frame outlined below.
 
 
1. Order Cancellation Window
•Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
•After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.
 
 
2. How to Request a Cancellation
 
To cancel an order, please email us at support@saddlepixi.com with the following details:
•Full name
•Order number
•Reason for cancellation
 
We’ll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund if it falls within the allowed window.
 
 
3. Exceptions
 
We cannot cancel:
•Orders that have already shipped
•Custom or personalized saddle orders once production has begun
•Sale items or limited-edition gear
 
 
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
 
If your cancellation is approved:
•A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
•Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
 
5. Changes to Orders
 
If you need to make a small change (like updating your shipping address) within 24 hours, please email us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not shipped.
